SPRING LEAGUE INFORMATION

Boys Classic League 

  • U9 (1st/2nd grade)
  • U11 (3rd/4th)
  • U13 (5th/6th)
  • U15 (7th/8th)

 

Boys U13 and U15 Select Team Tryouts 
This is for those interested in trying out for select teams (No cost to tryout).

Tryouts:

When:  December 5 and December 12, 2019.  U13: 6 - 7 pm; U15: 7 - 8 pm.  

Where:  The Fieldhouse in Sudbury, MA (31 Union Ave, Sudbury, MA). 

There may be an additional tryout in the early spring, but these will be the primary tryout dates.

Teams will be picked in early spring (registration fee due if selected).

 

Girls Classic League 

  • U8 (1st/2nd grade)
  • U10 (3rd/4th)
  • U12 (5th/6th)
  • U14 (7th/8th)

 

Girls U12 and U14 Select Team Tryouts

FALL CLINICS
(all Fall Clinics at Cole North Field)

BOYS FREE FALL CLINIC

GROUP 1
New Players: 1st - 7th Grade
No prior lacrosse experience required

Dates: Sundays (9/15, 9/22, 9/29, and 10/6)
Time: 12:00 - 1:00 pm (1 hr.)
Equipment: Lacrosse stick (legal for MBYLL play); Cleats (not required but recommended).

An introduction to the sport of lacrosse focusing on the basics (catching, throwing, craddling, ground balls, and shooting).

GROUP 2
Experienced Players: 1st - 6th Grade
Played at least one season of organized lacrosse

Dates: Sundays (9/15, 9/22, 9/29, 10/6, 10/20, and 10/27)
Time: 1:30 - 3:00 pm (1.5 hrs.)
Equipment: Full Lacrosse equipment; Reversible pinny or jersey.

A combination of drills and scrimmaging.

GIRLS FREE FALL CLINIC

The clinic will be geared  toward players with 2 or fewer years of experience including girls that are new to the sport of lacrosse

New Players: 1st - 8th Grade

No prior lacrosse experience required

Dates: Sundays (9/15, 9/22, 9/29, and 10/6)
Time: 12:00 - 1:30 pm (1.5 hrs.)

Equipment

  • Grades 3-8: Regulation Girls Lacrosse stick
  • Grades 1&2: Regulation Girls Lacrosse stick or Brine Warp Jr. Girls Lacrosse stick (No "fiddle sticks")

An introduction to the sport of lacrosse focusing on the basics (catching, throwing, craddling, ground balls, and shooting).

Girls will be divided into groups by age and experience with drills tailored to the specific age and experience level
